Refund and Returns Policy

Deposit

A Deposit of 20% is required to book your service. The remaining balance will be due after your appointment. The remaining balance will be due after your appointment. The final payment is due in cash. *Deposits are NON-Refundable & Non-Transferable*

Late Policy

There is a grace period for being late. More than that grace period will result in an automatically canceled appointment. Any deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required when booking a new appointment.

Cancellations & Reschedules

All appointments must be reschudeled within the appropriate timeframe. You are allowed to reschudel one time only. If appointments are cancelled the day of or if you do not show up, 100% of the service will be charged to your card on file. Any cancellations or additional rescheduling will forfeit their deposit and must re-book a new appointment.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will be sure to honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking. (not in case of rescheduling)

We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
